Lacrosse Camp Finishes Woodberry's Summer Camp Season

Beautiful weather greeted sixty-nine lacrosse players, ages ten to fifteen, on July 17, 2014, for four days of intensive instruction in the game. Directed by Brian Hemming, Woodberry Forest School's head varsity lacrosse coach and athletic director, the Woodberry Forest Lacrosse Camp gives players the opportunity to practice skills, learn a team style of play, and compete in full-field and half-field games. The action happens on the campus's two turf fields, Hanes Field and Gillespie Family Field.
