Campus Hums with Construction Activity

Summer means several construction projects are keeping the Woodberry Forest School campus growing and improving.

Crews at The Residence, Woodberry Forest's historic home, have erected scaffolding to replace its metal roof with a low-maintenance zinc/tin-coated copper material. Dozens of workers at the site of the new Math, Computer Science, and Dining facility are pouring concrete floors and building walls to fill in the completed steel scaffolding. And at Robertson Lake, a beautiful pavilion to house picnics and lakeside activities is nearly complete, funded with support from the Class of 2014 Mothers' Fund.
