Blog Encourages Summer Learning

Though students are deep into their summer activities and the campus is quiet, Woodberry Forest School's Academic Development Blog is still being updated with helpful tips and ideas.

"We want to give students some tried and true study strategies," says Jean Davenport, Woodberry's director of academic development. She keeps the blog filled with the latest ideas from brain research and gathers contributions from Woodberry faculty and students. Jean's latest post encourages summer reading: "Take advantage of time off this summer and read some good books."
