Brian Hemming Appointed Athletic Director
Brian Hemming has been named athletic director for Woodberry Forest School. He has served as interim athletic director since July 2012 and will continue in his role as head varsity lacrosse coach. “Brian has demonstrated sensitivity and administrative effectiveness, and his communication skills have inspired significant affirmation,” said Headmaster Dennis Campbell. "We will be best served by the leadership we have seen since I announced his appointment last summer.” Brian and his wife, Erin, joined the Woodberry faculty in 2007. The Hemmings have one son.
