Varsity Golf Coach Appointed to State Junior Golf Council

Varsity golf coach Marc Hogan has been appointed to the Virginia State Golf Association Foundation's Advisory Council. This new body was created to promote junior golf throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia by supporting the VSGA's initiatives like the Robins Junior Programs, held each summer at the Independence Golf Course in Midlothian.

Coach Hogan was recognized for "his passion and commitment to junior golf." A member of the English department since 1987, he has been associated with Woodberry Forest's golf program since 1989.
